  My mother just received a call from this number. When she called back the person mentioned something about lowering the interest rate on a credit card. My mother mentioned to the lady that she doesn't have a credit card and the lady hung up. When my mother called back there was a disconnected message.

  the owners name is RAN DAVID BARNEA.  I got his unlisted phone number I will be calling him at 2am cussing him out and putting it on youtube just waiting for my camcorder to ship from ebay. Enforcement is in Iraq in CorpMerica today so it is time for some justice thug style.  "I take the law in my own hands!" f*** the system and the corporate welfare (bailout)  that both obama and mccain voted for. I got the turds floridump driver license number too.  this is the 3rd time they called in 2 weeks.  plus the FCC will not enforce spoofed caller id outfits like this one.

  I just got a call from this number, was put into a holding queue and from the way the queue moved it was a lot of short calls. Was asked if I could benefit from a low int. rate, I asked what CC company they are working for. Asked again about rates, I asked what company again, they the sob hung up.

  called at 12:30 offering lower interest rates on credit card debt, pressed 1 to speak w/ rep., attempted to asked to be taken off call list and this 'woman' (trying to rise above...) hung up on me mid-sentence! now i am PISSED, not to mention we are already on the national do not call registry!!!!!

  Called promising lower interest rates.  Claimed to be working for "hundreds of banks" but would not identify what firm he worked at or how a company could provide a reductiion in credit card payments for some other bank.<br /><br />This has got to be fraud.<br /><br />We are on every do not call list state and federal.

  Caller said it was "account services". I asked for supervisor and caller said she was the manager. I asked why they solicit a number on the do not call registery and she said she was placing a hold on all my credit accounts. I asked what accounts and she said all that are popping up on my computer. I hung up and filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.

  This is a new number from the phishing phone creeps!  They will call again soon, with a different number, location, and sales pitch.  <br />It is probably part of the "Heather" group.  For more info on this, google "Stop Heather".  This group has been in action for several years and nobody has been able to track them down, stop and prosecute them.<br />Contacting authorities, filing complaints and using a blow horn in the ear piece is useless against these yahoo's.  I've tried everything...
