  i got a call from a company claiming they are a AGM Financial solutions i looked up the company and i have a totally different number from where their HQ is. The are requesting i pay £140 first month instalment for a £5000 pound loan<br />please help me in identifying wether this is a genuine call and company.<br /><br />kind regards

  Oh and another comment lol i got a call from the say company AMG FINANCE SOLUTIONS SCAM, SORRY THE WORD FOR SCAM BUT PEOPLE WILL BE GOOGLING THAT AND IT WILL NOW COME UP WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID SO I HOPE THAT COMPANY GETS F***D NOW AND GETS BANKRUPT DUE TO LACK OF CONSUMERS. so yeah AMG FINANCE SOLUTIONS 'apparently' lol i checked their website and they seemed ok enough but they also seemed to want a application fee, so i thought well.. NOO PISS OFF lol, but i think the person that called me had nothing to do with the company and just wanted my personal information, she had a indian accent which i think is relevant to note for the joke i am about to execute.so i said i would think about the loan and she said shall i call you back and i said erm no i will call you back, and asked her what is her name, she said jessica, i thought well in a finance company how many bloddy jessicas are there going to be, it would be a wild goose chase, and suspicions obviously grew that she did not reveal her full name as one usually would do in a company, especially to get customers as this would make them look good, lol so i said yeah wonderful but i need your last name? which she hesitated about a fraction of a second, well a fraction of a second to long for me to realize something was up and then her reply was magnificent haha she said ''simpson'' ''jessica simpson'' lmfao i almost laughed out loud on the phone, i think i would have pissed myself laughing if i was ignorant to the fact she was involved in a global scamming organisation. with her accent and the number she had which was not english number or any other number i recognize she did not have a name jessica simpson, she had a name i can't pronounce lol anyway i thought it be best not to raise the issue with her as she had shown me courtesy so i was prepared to show her courtesy and politeness, anyway people let me know please if these 2 comments of mine have helped you :-) x peace out love x<br /><br />Alex<br />Managing Director<br />Blind/Visually impaired school of music

If any of these people call u then tell them to f*** off cos it is a con 100% if anybody has had dealings with these w****** then please contact me on 07807026261!!! Please call as I have the police involved n the more information I can get the better!!! I actualy feel bad for the actual Agm people cos they r being tarnished with this scam!!!   *** I am the general manager of AGM Financial Solutions in Colchester.<br />DO NOT SEND MONEY VIA WESTERN UNION OR ANY OTHER METHOD. There are a bunch of Indian "friends" calling the UK pertaining to be from my company. We are a genuine loan broker with a consumer credit licence we are registered under the Data Protection act. We charge a one off fee of 59.99, no more.<br />We have reported the matter to Essex trading standards and i'm affraid there is little they can do. We are in the process of changing websites, trading names etc.<br />Do not get conned.<br /><br />I see "Micheal Bolton" has put a post on here, I bet he is one of the f*ckers.

  I am a bit dubious about this. I received a call this morning - AGM FInancial Solutions is based in Colchester, but the number above is in Aberystwyth and registered to Margarethea Communications. I am dubious about paying anything by Western Union Money Transfer, and that the transfer needs to be made out to a specific person - Hari Prakash.

  got a call from a lee cooper from a place named smart finance he said was in manchester , wanted me to pay 99pounds at a postoffice and call him back with some sort of refrence number and said someone would come to my house wit 2000 pounds cash, he got rather angry when i refused , its deffinetly a con !!!

  AMG FINACIAL SOULTIONS ARE A SCAM THEY TOLD ME 2 PAY 95 POUNDS 2 THE POST OFFICE AND  WOULD GET THE MONEY THE SAME DY I STUPIDLY DID THIS AND THEY APPARANTLY GOT LOST ON THE WAY 2 MY HOUSE THEN THE NEXT DAY REANG BACK TELLING ME I HAD 2 PAY A SOLICITERS FREE OF £200!!! HOW THE HELL DO THE EXPECT U 2 CME UP WITH 300 ODD POUNDS FOR A LOAN OUT OF THIN AIR IF I COULD DO THAT I WOULDNT BE APLYING FOR THE LOAN IDIOTS WEN I TOLD THEM THIS I DIDNT GET A CALL BACK THEY, I THEN TRIED RINGIN THE NUMBER THEY GAVE ME ABOUT THE 100 PUNDS I PAID AND THE NUMBER WAS A FAKE LUCKILY I DIDNT GIVE ANY BANK DETAILS OUT AND I HAVE A RECIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE AND IF I CANT GET HOLD OF THEM I WILL TAKE IT FUTHER NOBODY FALL FOR THIS REDICULOS SCAM LIKE I DID COZ I WAS THAT DESPRATE THIS WEBSITE HAS REALLY HELPED ME IN OTHER LOANS SO IF U WANT A LOAN THE BEST WAY 2 GO ABOUT IS YOUR BANK DONT LET UR SELF BE CONNED !!<br /><br />all my love danielle xx

  got a call from this number saying they were smart finance.wanting me to deposit £99 at western union money transfer,they would then send someone out to our house with a cheque for £3000.is this for real?

  One more thing, they use names from musicians to con people. I am noy giving up i will do my best and get that money back. One cant struggle to work and just give away money to cons and get away with it. They are indians and so help me God they will surely pay for this.

  I have been the subject to this f***in scam aswell, sorry for swearing but I am so angry I carnt believe I was so stupid I payed them £185 on fri and they told me the money would be in my account on the afternoon. I rang them back yesterday and spoke to a lee cooper who then asked me for another £99 I couldnt believe what I was hearing, these people have got to be stopped.I have contacted watchdog and I advise everybody else to do the same

  Hi thanks for the advise, my mum was about to give her money also for this loan today, but i done some proper research and found this site to confirm my suspicion that this was not all that it seemed to be. I am so sorry to all who have lost their money and pray you can get your money back, as its not FAIR!!!!!

  Please this is a huge scam please ignore any calls from this number i was so desperate and they scammed me out of 600 pounds which i didnt have but i thought oh maybe if i get the loan of 10,000 dey were talking about i could replace the 600 but man they said the money will be in my account in an hour and guess what they needed that hour to pick up the money from the western union that they had me pay, the 600 was part of my ticket money away and now i have to start saving all over to get my ticket. PLEASE IT IS A SCAM AND I AM GETTING THE POLICE INVOLVED<br /><br />Thanks
