  Got a call on my office landline from a guy who said he was calling from the o2 (B2B Customer Service Department) He went on to explain that they had some complaints about people not being able to get in touch with their account managers? He said that they were going to "switch account managers and that they needed my email address". He couldn't tell me what my email address was however since that information was held by another department. Even more worryingly he couldn't ring me on my mobile number.. eventually he sounded a bit annoyed, said he would post some info and hung up. <br /><br />If anything arrives I'd be very surprised

  Called claiming to be from O2 marketing department but if it was genuine then would have known that i'm already an O2 customer.

  Yes, exactly the same just now for me.<br /><br />Someone claiming to be from O2 business (which our telephones are genuinely with) who told me they were streamlining by assigning me a manager from a local third party "Azzuri Communications"<br /><br />It didn't ring true at all. Even before I checked it against this number.<br /><br />The telephone number he called at our office was also one of the secretaries of a completely different dept, which confirmed the hoax.<br /><br />Beware!

  Same as above<br /><br />Checked with 02 by dialing 100 from my mobile, they say that the number is one of theirs and the call was legitimate.
