  9143737099 Received a call (cell phone and home phone) threatening me with criminal charges for a payday loan of $500, which has grown to $1,100 with penalties.Was told they would find me and I would be arrested for stealing this money. Could hardly understand him and when I asked to speak to somebody I could understand the guy told me not to be rude to him!When I told him I've never taken out a payday loan he hung up on me.  How do we stop these people???

  9094678892 I recieve calls from this number on a daily bases. And everytime I answer, the other line would start ringing, as if I was making the call to them. Then all of a sudden the call would end. Then when I try to call it back, it says that the call i am trying to reach is no longer in service or traveled outside its coverage area. What is going on?
