I'm bed ridden, have a hard time getting to the phone and when I do answer (usually by the 5th or 6th ring) there is no one there.<br />My Son In Law works for the Oregon Attorney Generals office and is doing something to shut them down. He is also getting an address for this phone # so he can have the Sheriff serve them with papers to appear in Civil and then Small claims court for emotional distress. <br />I've never had this sort of thing happen before! I don't own anyone a dime. My home is paid for and I've never used credit cards and I'm on the "DO NOT CALLLIST!"<br />These people need to bark up another tree and leave this old lady alone!<br />Thankfully I have the resorces to tye them up in court until the day I die. I'll bankrupt them! Dirty SOBS!

  5033341656 I have a delinquent account with Merrick Bank which will be discharged in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding.  I get calls from all different area codes trying to collect this and other bank card debts; this is the number that popped up today, but tomorrow it will most likely be from some other random area code because that's how they operate.  Apparently they think if they keep plugging in different area codes, they'll eventually trick me into answering -- losers!!
